PI that you provide to us. We collect PI that you voluntarily provide when you use the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
What PI is collected. The PI that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The PI we collect may include:

Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases through the Services. Such data may include your payment instrument number (e.g. credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument.
Social Media Login Data.We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called “HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?” below.
Automatically Collected Data. We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

The information that we automatically collect includes:
Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity in the Services (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called “crash dumps”), and hardware settings).
Device Data. We collect device data such as information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the Services. Depending on the device used, this device data may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.

For example, we may use GPS and other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location (based on your IP address). Geolocation Information. We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application(s), to provide certain location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s bluetooth, calendar, camera, own, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using our application(s), we may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, your mobile device’s operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, and information about the features of our application(s) you accessed.
Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
Data Collected from Other Sources.In order to enhance our ability to provide relevant marketing, offers, and services to you and update our records, we may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, social media platforms, and from other third parties. This information includes mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, intent data (or user behavior data), Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, social media profiles, social media URLs, and custom profiles, for purposes of targeted advertising and event promotion. EU and UK Residents. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on in order to process your PI. We may rely on the following legal bases to process your PI:
Consent. We may process your information if you have given us permission (i.e., consent) to use your PI for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Performance of a Contract. We may process your PI when we believe it is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, including providing our Services or at your request prior to entering into a contract with you.
Legitimate Interests. We may process your information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests and those interests do not outweigh your interests and fundamental rights and freedoms. For example, we may process your PI for some of the purposes described in order to:
Send users information about special offers and discounts on our products and services
Develop and display personalized and relevant advertising content for our users
Analyze how our services are used so we can improve them to engage and retain users
Support our marketing activities

Canada Residents.We may process your information if you have given us specific permission (i.e., express consent) to use your PI for a specific purpose, or in situations where your permission can be inferred (i.e., implied consent). In some exceptional cases, we may be legally permitted under applicable law to process your information without your consent, including:
If collection is clearly in an individual’s interest and consent cannot be obtained in a timely way;
For investigations, fraud detection, and fraud prevention;
For business transactions, provided certain conditions are met;
If it is contained in a witness statement and collection is necessary to address an insurance claim;
For identifying injured, ill, or deceased persons and communicating with next of kin;
If we have reasonable grounds to believe an individual may be the victim of financial abuse;
If (1) it is reasonable to expect collection, (2) asking for consent would compromise the information’s availability or accuracy, and (3) collection is reasonable for purposes related to investigating a breach of contract or a contravention of Canadian law;

Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. We have contracts in place with such third parties, which are designed to help safeguard your PI. This means that they cannot do anything with your PI unless we have instructed them to do it. They will not share your PI with any organization apart from us. They commit to protect the data they hold on our behalf and to retain it for the period we instruct. Accordingly, we do not make any guarantee regarding any such third parties, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such third-party websites, services, or applications. The inclusion of a link towards a third-party website, service, or application does not imply an endorsement by us. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy notice. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from the Services. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.
Our Services may offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Gmail, Facebook, or Twitter logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, as well as other information you make public on such platforms.
We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your PI by your third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy notice to understand how they collect, use, and share your PI, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.
We will only keep your PI for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your PI, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your PI has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your PI and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and administrative security measures designed to protect the security of any PI we process. Such safeguards may include encryption, access controls, and regular audits. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your PI, transmission of PI to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect PI from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received PI from a child under the age of 18, we will delete such information from our records.
You have certain rights regarding your PI:
Right to be informed — Request to know.Depending on the circumstances, you have a right to know:
whether we collect and use your PI;
the categories of PI that we collect;
the purposes for which the collected PI is used;
whether we sell or share PI to third parties;
the categories of PI that we sold, shared, or disclosed for a business purpose;
the categories of third parties to whom the PI was sold, shared, or disclosed for a business purpose;
the business or commercial purpose for collecting, sharing, or selling PI; and
the specific pieces of PI we collected about you.
Right to request deletion of the data — Request to delete.You can ask for the deletion of your PI. If you ask us to delete your PI, we will respect your request and delete your PI, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation, or any processing that may be required to protect against illegal activities.
Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of a Consumer’s Privacy Rights.We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your privacy rights.
Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive PI.You have the right to direct that business to limit its use of your sensitive PI to that use which is necessary to perform the Services. Once we receive your request, we are no longer allowed to use or disclose your sensitive PI for any other purpose unless you provide consent for the use or disclosure of sensitive PI for additional purposes. Please note that sensitive PI that is collected or processed without the purpose of inferring characteristics about a consumer or that is otherwise publicly available is not covered by this right.
You may also have other rights regarding your PI, such as:
You may object to the processing of your PI.
You may request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect or no longer relevant, or ask to restrict the processing of the information.
You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with the CCPA.
You may request to opt out from future selling or sharing of your PI to third parties. Upon receiving an opt-out request, we will act upon the request as soon as feasibly possible, but no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of the request submission.
You may request to opt-out of receiving marketing emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in such marketing emails or by contacting us directly.
In accordance with applicable law, we are not obligated to provide or delete PI that is de-identified in response to a consumer request or to re-identify individual data to verify a consumer request.
Verification process.Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.
We will only use PI provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.

California Residents. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of PI (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared PI in the immediately preceding calendar year. Virginia Residents.Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA):
"Consumer" means a natural person who is a resident of the Commonwealth acting only in an individual or household context. It does not include a natural person acting in a commercial or employment context.

At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. Osaz is based in both Nigeria and the United States. If you access the Services from outside of Nigeria or the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you reside.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or the United Kingdom (“UK”), then these countries may not necessarily have data protection laws or other similar laws as comprehensive as those in your country. The European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.We have implemented measures to protect your PI, including by using the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of PI between our group companies and between us and our third-party providers. These clauses require all recipients to protect all PI that they process originating from the EEA or UK in accordance with European data protection laws and regulations. We have implemented similar appropriate safeguards with our third-party service providers and partners and further details can be provided upon request.

This section applies only to California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the rights listed below. The California Code of Regulations defines"residents" as:

Right to be informed.In accordance with applicable law, we are not obligated to provide or delete consumer information that is de-identified in response to a consumer request or to re-identify individual data to verify a consumer request. Depending on the circumstances, you have a right to know:
whether we collect and use your PI;
the categories of PI that we collect;
the purposes for which the collected PI is used;
whether we sell or share PI to third parties;
the categories of PI that we sold, shared, or disclosed for a business purpose;

Verification Process.Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.
We will only use PI provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.

The response period may be extended once by forty-five (45) additional days when reasonably necessary. We will inform you of any such extension within the initial 45-day response period, together with the reason for the extension.
